We are looking forward to great celebration of the birth of Christ this Christmas. What we need most is to Rediscover Christmas. Northwest Church has a heart to help people experience the real reason for this great season.

We're doing something a little different with what we call the CHRIST-mas Tree this year. We're asking families to read a passage and make a homemade/handmade ornament and hang in on the tree in our outdoor worship platform area.

Here's how to do that:

1. Choose one of the scriptures below and as a family of one or more read it together and talk about what it means with each other.

2. Then make a homemade ornament that represents what the Scripture means to you. Keep it simple, the meaning is most important.

3. At anytime during the week come to the church--at the west end of the outdoor platform is our CHRIST-mas  tree. Hang the ornament on the tree and take a selfie with you and your family in front of the tree.
